Our Story
YUSHI GROUP was born from the inspiration of Mr. Yuth Chungsawanant (Group CEO) and his curiosity about the journey behind his family’s success. His ancestors started with nothing, crossing the sea from China and building a business from sheer grit and hard work. From humble beginnings, the business gradually evolved into a factory producing motors and fans—laying the foundation for what we see today.
This legacy, combined with Mr. Yuth's life experiences—studying in Japan during his youth and later pursuing higher education in the United States—further shaped his path. While earning his MBA at the University of Washington and Seattle University, he was unexpectedly drawn to the field of Entrepreneurship, thanks to a close mentor who also advised global corporations. Through that relationship, he absorbed invaluable techniques and strategic thinking that inspired him to try building a business of his own—without capital, from the ground up.
At the same time, challenges within the family business sparked a stronger desire to build his own independent empire—one that would reflect his own vision, values, and approach. It was a journey to not only seek personal freedom but also prove to himself that a different kind of success was possible.
The second phase of Yushi Group’s growth was driven by the need for a people management system that could support rapid business expansion—both in supply chain and new venture development via Startups and M&A.
Having grown up in Japan, Mr. Yuth was influenced by the Japanese model of lifetime employment, a stark contrast to Thailand’s job-hopping culture. To sustain long-term growth, he began asking employees about their personal dreams and discovered many aspired to become business owners themselves.
This insight led to a complete redesign of the company’s internal structure. Yushi Group created a system where employees could co-build and co-own businesses, offering them a path to true entrepreneurial success. This wasn’t just a way to solve operational challenges—it was a mission to rekindle the kind of long-term commitment and shared destiny that his ancestors once fostered.
Employees and specialists from various industries—some with skills but little experience building businesses—were invited to join Yushi Group and grow with the organization in a stable, long-term career.
Driven by this vision, Mr. Yuth created the motto “Growth Together”—a guiding principle aimed at helping both employees and aspiring entrepreneurs grow alongside the organization.
Today, this vision has become a living culture. More than 10 companies have been successfully launched through this system, each achieving strong, sustainable performance.
What began as a personal question—“Can you build a business with low or no capital?”—has now become a proven model. Through teamwork, strategic thinking, and decades of real-world testing, Yushi Group has weathered crises, scaled sustainably, and demonstrated that “Start with Passion, Build with Strategy” is more than just a slogan—it’s a blueprint.
